2010 Trip to England for George and Bryant's Wedding

And now the wedding gossip: Here's Bryant, the groom and undercover Cajun buddha, enjoying a glass of Pimms, for chillin' while grillin'; and what looks like a Strongbow, presumably to mitigate any pre-wedding jitters.
Meanwhile inside, Sally's kitchen goes Cajun (subject to the limited availability of authentic seasoning). Bryant's sister-in-law gets busy with salad fixings, while Naomi,readies a redundant 2 liters of Mojitos (or is she working on 2 more litres of Pimms?).
Here is a never-before published photo of the frantic bride losing it a mere 12 hours before the ceremony; as anguished friend, mother and daughters look on.
More shocking photos: Unsure if the wedding will go through, concerned family members huddle in search of comfort and answers.
Some startled guests pretended not to notice the pre-nuptial meltdown, and feigned the contented party guest.
...others retreated into (dramatic pause) "Casey's World"
The suspense you could cut with a knife, as dignitaries...
and heads of state took their places for the ceremony.
Among the guests, no less than the future queen of Holland AND Norway (seen here being carried by a porter). One truly had the sense that the history of English and Cajun relations might be tragically altered that day.
As puzzling, the groom for his part, could hardly have seemed more calm (Pimms and strongbow no doubt.)
No indications either, from the growm's brothers that anything was off kilter.
I chanced this glancing shot of the soon-to-be Queen of Norway (and Holland).
Astonishingly, the supposed bridezilla never was upset, and the whole story of her wedding eve fits and rage were all part of a clever media-driven hoax.
The bride and wedding party were heavenly..
Kidnapped as a youth, and having escaped her captor's pirate ship not far from this very point along the river, the idyllic irony of the occasion brought some family and guests to tears...
There was quite an after party to be sure, seeing as the man's wedding cake was fashioned after a bottle of J.D., and made with as much Guinness as it was with chocolate.
